We pay commission to venue finding agents, at 8% of the room hire charge. Leith's, the in-house caterers, also pay 8% on the first food & beverage confirmation.

The Premises License hours are Monday to Friday 7am till midnight. Saturday 8am till midnight, Sunday 8am till 10pm at The Royal Horticultural Halls & Conference Centre.

At The Glasshouse the licensed hours are 6pm till midnight throughout the year.
